The RAC 2.2-250-380-A0D-W1 is the central spindle drive controller for asynchronous spindle motor operated as a digitally controlled drive and second motor feedback machine tool. The unique machine tool is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. This RAC 2.2 version has 400A current rating and uses 3*AC400V/50-80Hz connection voltage. This new tool has high stiffness and a broad range of continuous power. The internal position control loop of the product is closed using motor feedback or spindle feedback. The main spindle drive is proficient in precise control loop servo-axis; it can be controlled effectively even at low speed.
The RAC2.2 Spindle has a built-in fan for cooling in the control cabinet where the Spindle is mounted. It can be cooled with gentle inside and outside airflow. The central controller can be connected to a three-phase supply integrated with the main contractor and emergency stop switch. The Set-speed point for digital interfaces features +/-10V analog, 16 bit parallel to PLC controllers with the longest circuit with 9 poles connecting terminal and low set points.
