The RAC 2.2-200-460-D0S-W1 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a RAC 2 Drive controller that offers digital and efficient control of frameless and asynchronous spindle motors. In general, RAC-2-driven drives boast high stiffness, wide speed range and continuous power. It comes with an in-built heatsink for fan and power electronics, and it receives cooling air via a dedicated air shaft. The RAC 2.2-200-460-D0S-W1 supports a plug-in AS programming module that holds the parameters required for specific applications.
It features a 16-bit parallel speed set-point interface, and its current rating is 300 Amperes. The RAC 2.2-200-460-D0S-W1 features a 3-phase connection voltage rated at 400 – 460 Volts AC, 50 – 60 Hz. It comes with an RS232C serial interface and has no additional encoder input. It comes with four flanges and screws required for the attachment of hose cooling M2-RAC 2. The hose is usually ordered as a separate item and not with the general equipment. The RAC 2.2-200-460-D0S-W1 must always be stored and operated under dry, dust-free and impact-free conditions. To avoid the impact of vibrations during transit, a vibration-damping material must be used to prevent possible damages.
