The RAC 2.2-200-460-AP0-W1 model comes with the rated connection voltage of 460V-type which means the connector cables are able to supply a continuous voltage of 3 × AC 400 V at 50 Hz of the frequency with ±15% error. The main spindle drive controller is used to gain the continuous motor output of 30 to 52 kW from 2AD asynchronous main spindle and 1MB frameless spindle motors. The drive controller provides a continuous controller output of 55 kW with a peak regeneration output of 55 kW for a maximum of 5 seconds at 300 A of continuous current. Its high speed, accuracy with continuous power makes it suitable to use as a CNC spindle driver. The drive controller comes with the analog speed setpoint of ±10 V for connections. For spindle synchronization, additional encoder input is used in this model for connecting spindle feedback to the internal position controller.
The model RAC 2.2-200-460-AP0-W1 weighs around 125 kg which also includes the weight of the mounting frame and accessories. Cooling is done by a build-in fan in the controller housing and the controller can operate at the ambient temperature of +5 to +45 ͦC with a maximum tolerable temperature of +55 ͦC.
