The RAC 2.2-200-460-A0I-Z1 is a servo drive controller that is produced by Indramat. Indramat unique designed this drive controller to work with motors whose power output is between 30-52kilowatts. When paired with the RAC 2.2-200-460-A0I-Z1 drive controller, such motors are usually characterized by high stiffness and broad speed range with continuous power, and these characteristics make them perfect for machines that are numerically controlled. The controller can acknowledge its rotor position at a maximum resolution of 1/4,000,000 revolutions, which gives the drive controller the ability to control the motor at the lowest of speeds.
Although the drive controller is without additional encoder input, it possesses an Incremental encoder output additional interface. The RAC 2.2-200-460-A0I-Z1 drive controller can be connected to a 3 x AC 400V/50Hz, 3 x AC 460V/60Hz three-phase supply network. Energy generated during braking is fed into this three-phase supply network during regular operation and also during emergencies. The controller drive uses an analog speed set-point interface that uses a +/- 10 volts to connect to the conventional CNC controls. The drive controller uses an additional bleeder.
