Product Description:
The QSY093B-030-HG1-BN is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the QSY Synchronous Servo Motors series. It delivers closed-loop rotary motion for CNC positioning systems, packaging axes, and handling modules that require precise speed and torque regulation. The motor connects directly to drive controllers through its RON 487 absolute encoder and integrates a KTY 84-130 temperature sensor so the control system can monitor thermal load.
At its rated operating point, the machine produces a mechanical output of 2.3 kW. This power is reached when the rotor runs at its rated speed of 3000 rpm, which is suitable for standard servo drive operation. Under these conditions, the shaft delivers a continuous torque of 7.2 Nm. The electrical supply for this operating point is a DC-link voltage of 356 V, and the phase winding draws a continuous current of 4.7 A. Four pole pairs create the synchronous field, allowing the drive to provide high-resolution speed control without mechanical gear reduction. The IM B5 flange mounting design simplifies integration into gearbox housings or machine plates. The shaft seal has an IP64 rating, helping prevent lubricants from reaching the feedback encoder.
The servo can exceed its continuous rating during transient events. Peak torque is available up to 66.0 Nm, allowing the axis to overcome static friction or accelerate loads rapidly. If motion is halted while the motor remains energized, the windings can support a continuous stall torque of 20.0 Nm before reaching their thermal limits, while the corresponding stall current is 13.0 A. Short-term acceleration current may rise to 51.0 A, so the connected drive must accommodate this demand with appropriate current limiting. The housing has a protection rating of IP63, guarding internal components against dust ingress and water spray in factory environments. Class F insulation tolerates winding temperatures up to 155 °C, and the embedded KTY sensor sends real-time temperature data to the controller to keep operation within this limit.
