Product Description:
The QSY093B-030-HG0-BN is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the QSY Synchronous Servo Motors series. As a compact rotary actuator, it converts drive current into controlled shaft motion for positioning tables, packaging axes, and other automated equipment. The motor interfaces with Rexroth digital drives, providing feedback through an absolute encoder and supplying the high torque density needed where space is limited and cycle times are short.
Under continuous duty, the motor outputs 2.3 kW of mechanical power while turning at its nominal speed of 3000 rpm. The motor operates with a line voltage of 356 V and produces 7.2 Nm of steady torque at the shaft. The corresponding armature demand is 4.7 A, so cabinet components can be sized for moderate current without requiring oversized conductors. Four pole pairs synchronize the rotor with the stator field, and the IM B5 flange allows the housing to mount directly to gearboxes or machine plates. Power enters through an 11-pin flange socket that accepts a 13.5 mm cable constructed with four 2.5 mm² conductors and two 1 mm² signal cores, ensuring low voltage drop between the inverter and motor. At zero speed, the motor can continuously provide 20.0 Nm of holding torque without exceeding its thermal limits.
The winding can tolerate 13.0 A of stall current during starts, and momentary peaks of up to 66.0 Nm are available for acceleration bursts while the drive limits shaft heating. During extreme transients, the inverter may permit a surge of 51.0 A, provided that the duty cycle allows sufficient recovery time. Position data are resolved by a RON 487 optical encoder, which provides sinusoidal feedback for high-resolution velocity loops. This feedback allows the connected drive to monitor rotor position accurately during rapid speed changes. The available overload capacity supports short acceleration intervals beyond the motor’s continuous operating range.
