Product Description:
The QSK075E-0200-NN-M5-UG1-NNNN synchronous servo motor is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the QSK Servo Motors series. It combines electrical commutation with a permanent-magnet rotor to supply accurate speed and torque regulation for packaging lines, pick-and-place gantries, and other high-cycle industrial axes. Integrated position feedback allows the drive controller to synchronize motion profiles and correct load disturbances in real time. It is suitable for coordinated axes that need steady torque at low speed and accurate response during rapid speed changes.
Heat generated during operation is removed solely through natural convection, so the motor can be mounted without external fans as long as ambient airflow is unobstructed. Position resolution is provided by an encoder that produces 128 discrete increments per revolution, and the drive multiplies that raw count to create finer control resolution. The feedback interface follows the Hiperface protocol, giving combined power and data over a single cable and supporting automatic electronic nameplate exchange. Sensing uses an optical scanning method, which helps reduce drift compared with magnetic detectors. Multi-turn capability is provided by a multi-turn absolute design that stores the shaft’s total revolutions even when system power is removed.
An electrically released holding brake is fitted to the motor. When de-energized, it clamps the rotor with 23 Nm of static torque to secure vertical loads during emergencies or power loss. The housing uses a 075 frame size with frame length E, giving a compact cross-section for direct attachment to gearboxes or belt drives. Power and signal leads connect through a plug that rotates 240°, letting the cable exit be oriented to reduce strain in tight cabinets. The motor also uses a plain shaft with a sealing ring, and winding code 0200 completes the configuration.
