Product Description:
The QSK075D-0300-NN-S5-UG1-NNNN is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the QSK Servo Motors series. Built on a 075 frame size with a D frame length, it fits mid-sized machine modules where compact dimensions and controlled motion are both important. The motor receives current from a matching inverter and converts it into regulated torque for applications such as pick-and-place heads, indexing tables, and linear stages. Its plain shaft and sealing ring support power transmission at the output end while helping protect the front bearing area from splash and contamination.
A holding brake supplies 23 Nm of torque so suspended or vertical loads can remain in place when power is removed. Power and feedback connections are routed through a rotatable 240° plug, which can be turned to improve cable clearance in crowded assemblies. Heat from the 0300 winding is removed by natural convection, so the motor does not require an external blower or liquid cooling circuit. Position data comes from an optical encoder with 128 signal periods per mechanical revolution, and that feedback is transmitted over Hiperface for drive communication. This arrangement allows the drive to monitor rotor position continuously while keeping the cable layout straightforward.
The encoder uses an optical sensing path and operates in a single-turn format, providing absolute position information within one mechanical revolution. The brake is electrically released, so spring force engages it whenever control power is absent. This operating method supports secure standstill behavior without adding a separate external holding device. The motor’s shaft arrangement and sealed front end make it suitable for installations where compact packaging, repeatable positioning, and basic splash protection are required.
