Integrating the semiconductor family of Thyristors and SCRs as an essential current-driver the unit ensures sharp and efficient arc quality for metal welding. The PST610E.101-L Thyristor-Power-Unit is especially formulated for heavy-duty industrial welding. The power unit can be used with a range welding transformers up to 76KVA and is capable of delivering continues current up to 130Amps.  The high-current driver technology, super-fast processor, embedded high-tech sensors, communication and programming interfaces brand the product stead-fasting and efficient. Revolutionary automatic current stabilizing feature ensures stable welding performance with low noise and stable Arc characteristics. The product is well suited for long welding operations even in poor and harsh industrial environments. The PST610E.101-L Thyristor-Power-Unit is offered with a professional welding timer with inbuilt central processing unit, enabling the user adjust timer settings. Enhancing the portability and ease, the Power unit is manufactured as a compact portable metal box unit, minimizing cable requirements thus provides working comfort to the operator.

The front panel of the Thyristor Power unit is housed with various slots. Each slot is assigned to specific system module. The system modules includes I/O (input/output) interface, Field bus programming module and an optional quality-module. The unit also inhabits a customary battery compartment. LED indicator shows normal or faulty condition of the unit. This green ”Ready” LED on the front panel of the weld timer unit goes out, indicating faulty status in case of excessive ambient temperature, Overload Thyristor Power unit, insufficient cooling or dust accumulation in heat sink. The product is put in with air cooling method for heat convection. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
