The PST6100.632-L is the thyristor unit manufactured by Rexroth. The device operates on a 110 A (continuous thermal current). This system is equipped with an integrated control function. At a 50..60 Hz frequency, the device has a 400 to 600 volt. This model has been equipped with the BOS-5000 operator interface which facilitates programming, eases operation, and provides comprehensive diagnostics. A welding box has been provided that is easily integrated and can be transported from one place to another. An integrated weld timer is also provided with this thyristor. This model is also equipped with Fieldbus interfaces for fast communication. Because of an air-cooled design, this device maintains an optimum temperature even after use for a long time. The welding quality is significantly enhanced when this model is used.
The PST6100.632-L has been designed for high operational reliability. Various integrated features are also integrated with this device. A thermostatic switch is also installed on this device. If there is an overload on the thyristor, a ‘Thyristor unit fault’ error message is also displayed by the device. This error message can be cleared by using the BOS-5000 operator interface, the Bosch operator terminal, or with a reset button. The device can be mounted in a vertical position. It can also be mounted with its back on the mounting plate. With a mass of around 12.5 kg, the device can be easily transported.
