The converter handles a nominal load of 130 A, so the copper busbars and semiconductor stack are sized for continuous conduction at that current level. A transformer rated up to 76 kVA can be driven, giving the unit headroom for multi-tap or parallel secondary circuits. Logic electronics draw 24 V DC, a common control voltage that simplifies field wiring with existing sensor networks. Heat produced by the firing electronics and silicon stack is removed by an air-cooled design, which avoids external liquid circuits and lets conditioned cabinet air pass through the integrated heat sink.
