The PST6100.610-L is a thyristor power unit manufactured by Rexroth. The power unit is designed for welding transformers up to 76 kVA. The device is air cooled and has a rated voltage of 400 V to 600 V at an operating frequency of 50…60 Hz. This model comes with integrated control functionality and can easily be programmed with the BOS-5000 operator interface. The operator interface provides comprehensive diagnostics capabilities and enables easy operation. This thyristor power unit is equipped with additional monitoring functions for enhanced operational reliability. A thermostatic switch is provided to detect and report any overload on the unit. A ‘Thyristor Unit fault’ message is displayed by the device. The error message can be reset by a reset button and by the Bosch Operator Terminal.
The PST6100.610-L has a 130 A nominal current and operates on a 24 V DC voltage. The device operates on a 2-phase connection and has been designed for recessed mounting. A parallel, Fieldbus, or series I/O interface can be used with this unit. The device comes with the humidity class F and has a 400 V line voltage connection. The device has a 110 A continuous thermal current. The thyristor also comes with an integrated weld timer. It can be easily integrated into a portable welding box.
