The PSI65C0.775-W1 is a medium-frequency inverter developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the PSI Frequency Inverters series. As a stand-alone power module, it converts fixed three-phase mains power into a controlled medium-frequency output for induction heating, plasma generators, and other process equipment that requires adjustable high-frequency energy. The inverter can regulate its output to support repeatable operating cycles in automated production systems. Its Ethernet timer interface coordinates start, dwell, and stop sequences with the surrounding machine controls, reducing the amount of external timing hardware required inside the control cabinet.

The inverter uses water cooling, so its internal heat exchangers must be connected to a facility chiller loop to keep semiconductor junction temperatures within safe operating limits. The input section accepts three-phase power from 400 to 480 VAC, making it compatible with common industrial distribution systems. It synchronizes with grid frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz without requiring manual retuning when installed on a supported supply.
