Water circulation through the heat sink maintains thermal stability, and the unit integrates a 24 V auxiliary rail so controller I/O and sensors can be powered from the same enclosure.
This inverter accepts a nominal line voltage of 400–480 VAC at either 50 or 60 Hz, allowing direct connection to common plant mains without external transformers. During full-load operation, the primary side can draw up to 2400 A; 120 mm² cable lugs secured by one M10 screw per phase accommodate the connection. The cooling circuit requires a water flow rate of 10 l/min, and a pressure drop of 0.65 bar across the heat exchanger reduces the required pump pressure. The internal electronics have an IP20 protection rating, so the drive must be installed in an IP54 cabinet when floor-mounted. DeviceNet timing hardware coordinates start, stop, and power-setting commands with the machine PLC. The inverter can operate at altitudes up to 2,000 m without derating.

The integrated power supply delivers a regulated 24 VDC rail with an output current of up to 2 A, eliminating the need for a separate DIN-rail converter. Operating temperatures range from +10 °C to +55 °C, while the assembly can withstand transport temperatures down to -25 °C and storage temperatures up to +70 °C.
