The PSI63C0.762-L2 is a medium-frequency inverter produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the PSI Frequency Inverters series. In induction-heating stations and special machine tools, the unit converts three-phase mains power into a controlled high-frequency output that drives resonant transformer circuits and work coils. This role places the inverter between the plant supply and the load, where it meters energy, executes Ethernet-based timing commands, and exchanges 208 input bits and 160 output bits with a Profinet controller.

The power stage operates at an output carrier frequency of 1000 Hz while accepting utility voltages from 480 to 690 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz.
