The PSI63C0.632-W2 is a medium-frequency inverter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the PSI Frequency Inverters series. Designed to convert high-voltage three-phase mains power into a controlled medium-frequency output, it supplies induction heating generators, melting furnaces, and similar loads that require tightly regulated power. Its integrated 24 V DC control supply allows local logic and sensors to be powered directly by the drive, simplifying cabinet wiring in automation cells.

At nominal load, the inverter dissipates 100 W of basic cabinet heat, while worst-case switching raises these losses to 140 W. The input stage accepts line voltages between 480 and 690 VAC at utility frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz and draws a rated line current of 110 A. DeviceNet timing functions coordinate the output with external sequencers, and a built-in power supply delivers 24 V DC at 2 A for contactors or fans.
