The PSI6300.226-L1 is a medium-frequency inverter produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the PSI Frequency Inverters series. Designed for spindle and induction-heating drives, the unit converts a factory three-phase supply into the controlled medium-frequency output required for high-speed automated processes. Its built-in auxiliary supply powers connected control electronics, while the fieldbus timing interface coordinates motion or thermal cycles with a higher-level PLC. The cabinet-mounted design combines power conversion and control functions in a compact industrial unit.

The inverter connects to mains lines rated at 400–480 VAC and operates at a supply frequency of 50 or 60 Hz, allowing use with common industrial power systems. The auxiliary converter supplies the control electronics with 24 VDC at a maximum current of 2 A, helping maintain connected sensor and control circuits during brief mains interruptions. The timer interface supports precise dwell periods and rapid energy transfer in automated machining or heat-treatment cells.
