Product Description:
The PPC-P11.1N-N-P1-N1-NN-FW is a computerized stand-alone multi-axis motion and logic control for industrial machines, manufactured by the Rexroth Bosch group. It can be used with VisualMotion firmware GMP10. The control unit is designed to directly plug into the PC’s PCI slot. The support card hosts the plug and plays a support feature for logical control that manages the memory allocation of PC dynamically. There is no need for jumper allocation of the memory allocation. It has the second optional interface card that contains digital inputs, digital outputs, and a communication port.
The PPC-P11.1N-N-P1-N1-NN-FW has the PC bus connection with the PCI, 32 bits setting at the frequency of 33Mhz. It has the optional front faceplate, card programmable limit switch (NSW01), and link ring (DAQ03). The logical control hardware also consists of the 1-digital 7-segment display, drive-based I/O support, 32 Mb compact flash memory card, Sercos interface allows up to 40 drives to connect with the single motion control. It has two serial interface ports with a software-selectable baud rate of 9600-115200 which is by default 9600 bauds. The PPC-P11.1 has the option programmable card switch, link ring, and Encoder interface card for additional support. For the proper installation of the logic and motion control Windows NT 4.0; SP6 minimum is required with the VisualMotion 09vRS along with the VentureCom RTX version 4.3.2 Run-Time environment.
The PPC-P11.1N-N-P1-N1-NN-FW has the standard PC PCI bus for mounting. The power supply voltage for the PPC-P11.1 is 3.3V to +12V. The ambient temperature for the control unit is 0°C to 45°C (32-113°F) as per DIN 40 040 class KV. For the operation of the logical control, atmospheric pressure must be maintained from 860hPa up to 1080hPa at the maximum height of 1500 meters above sea level and the humidity should be 5-78% with no condensation according to DIN 40 040 class F.
