The NYS04.2-ST-01-ULNN-NY4013 is a linear drive controller module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the NY Linear Drives series. In an automation cabinet, it links machine control units to linear motors while supplying regulated logic power, handling feedback, and coordinating digital input and output channels for precision positioning tasks. This makes it suitable for gantries, pick-and-place rails, and indexing tables that depend on accurate motion control over repeated operating cycles.
The module accepts a control supply of +24 V ± 5% and can tolerate an inrush of 6 A for 10 ms before stabilizing at a continuous draw of 3 A. The 24 V feed is applied through a male 3-pin Phoenix Contact MCV 1.5/3-GF-3.5 connector on the front panel, while field wiring terminates on a male 25-pin Sub-D for digital I/O and encoder signals return through a female 25-pin Sub-D. Motor phase and temperature leads connect through a female 7-pin Phoenix Contact ICV 2.5/7-GF-5.08 plug. Separating the control, feedback, and motor connections on dedicated front connectors helps keep cabinet wiring orderly and reduces interaction between low-level signals and power conductors.
