Product Description:
The NYS04.1-ST-05-ULNN-NY4052 is a multi-axis carrier produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the NY Linear Drives series. It serves as the physical and electrical platform that links power, feedback, and control signals between a central supply and several linear motor modules, allowing coordinated positioning in material-handling or assembly lines. Its carrier layout keeps multiple axis connections in one assembly, which helps organize wiring between the supply section and the attached drive modules.
A 24 V service rail enters the carrier through one 3-pin Phoenix MCV 1.5/3-GF3.5 plug and is routed on AWG18 (4 A) conductors to auxiliary electronics. Five analog feedback channels terminate on 5 × 9-pin Sub-D receptacles, and their differential signals travel through AWG26 leads to reduce crosstalk. Ten position loops are supported by 10 × 25-pin Sub-D encoder sockets, and each channel uses AWG20 conductors rated at 2 A for shielded reference-voltage delivery. High-current motion power is carried on AWG14 (10 A) wiring that exits the frame toward individual amplifiers, while discrete field signals are grouped on 5 × 25-pin Sub-D connectors so the control system can read limit switches or set mode bits.
The chassis provides 5 drive slots, enough for a complete XYZ gantry plus two auxiliary axes. Each digital pin may draw up to 1 A, enabling direct actuation of relays or solenoid valves without external boosters. Bulk DC for the inverters is delivered through 3 × 8-pin Phoenix MCV 1.5/8-GF-3.5 plugs, and an independent interlock path reaches the safety relay via 1 × 4-pin Phoenix MCV 1.5/4-GF3.5. Fast-update triggers use five 9-pin Sub-D ports, PWM stage inputs arrive on five 5-pin Phoenix MSTBV 2.5/5-GF-5.08 headers, and motor phase leads exit through ten 8-pin Phoenix MSTBV 2.5/8-GF-5.08 terminals. Filter capacitor leads attach to five 2-pin Phoenix blocks so the DC bus can be stiffened locally and stable voltage can be maintained during rapid load changes.
