The NTM02.1-024-024-16 is a power supply unit produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the NTM Power Supply Units series. It converts an upstream AC link into a stabilized 24-volt DC rail that feeds control circuits, sensors, and auxiliary actuators inside drive cabinets. In automated lines, this regulated source keeps logic, feedback electronics, and low-power relays at a constant potential even when the incoming supply is affected by larger inverter loads. This type of supply is often used where a separate low-voltage source must remain stable while motors and drives cycle on the same machine.
The converter delivers a nominal output of DC 24 V at up to 16 A, allowing parallel connection of PLC racks, contactors, and fieldbus couplers without the need for multiple supplies. The output is regulated, so load changes within the rated current window do not cause unacceptable voltage drift that could reset digital boards. The housing can be mounted directly on DIN rails or base plates, and the clearance space allows warm air to move away from neighboring modules during continuous operation. The tall enclosure also supports vertical airflow, which helps the heat sink release heat without forced cooling.
