The NFD02.1-480-030 mains filter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth can be deployed with frequency converters for motor drives. The filter is best suited for power supply units, wind power installations and industrial applications. This product is used when there is a need to lower cable borne radio frequency interference. It is used in appliances such as washing machines to ensure that the interference from the associated electric motor does not pass on to other devices through the power supply. The unit design is such that it has to be mounted inside a control cabinet. The device has a current rating of 30A.

This filter portrays an effective attenuation between a frequency range of 150kHz to 30MHz. The product is compatible with the power connection of the manufacturer’s DKC drive controller. The device encompasses an overall length of 335mm with a tolerance of +/-1mm. The unit suppresses interference on the 24VDC NTM power supply from the same manufacturer.
