The NFD04.1-440-080 is a new generation industrial mains filter produced by highly trained technicians of Rexroth Indramat. This filter is a protective device designed to protect the industrial drive controller from the excess electrical current sent back through the power cable by the industrial motor during motor deceleration. The application of the NFD04.1-440-080 means filter in the industrial servo system is cost-effective the filter prevents frequent machine brake down, preventing the operator from spending frequently on the repair of the controller. All parts of this mains filter are designed according to the international quality standards, thus the mains filter can operate at a top level for more than five years without breaking down. The housing of this device meets the IP20 protection class, this means that it can effectively protect its internal components from the interference of large solid foreign particles.
The NFD04.1-440-080 is a very flexible device that is suitable for application in a broad range of industrial machines ranging from food processing machines to textile machines. The electrical components present in this mains filter can generate a leakage current higher than 3.5 milliamperes, thus to prevent electrical accidents, operators should ensure the filter is well-grounded before operation.
