Product Description:

The NFD04.1-440-025 mains filter is a very powerful industrial device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to improve the efficiency of industrial drive controllers and power supply systems by preventing high-frequency electrical signals generated produced by servo motor during motor deceleration from reaching the input power line and the power circuit of the industrial servo system. The filter also helps to ensure that the leakage current generated by line capacitors is effectively suppressed in the industrial servo drive. This servo drive is perfectly suited for different types of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, printing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. Integrated on the enclosure of the NFD04.1-440-025 mains filter are special safety signs and symbols which help to warn operators of the potential danger that can be caused by the mishandling of various parts of the filter.

The NFD04.1-440-025 mains filter does not generate a lot of heat during operation, however, the little heat it generates is kept within the tolerated temperature range via natural convection. All additional accessories connected to the mains filter must meet the quality standard stated by Rexroth Indramat in the documentation of the device. The NFD04.1-440-025 mains filter must be properly grounded before operation to prevent electrical accidents that can be caused by the leakage current produced by the filter under normal operating conditions. The rated current of the NFD04.1-440-025 mains filter is about 35 Amperes while the rated voltage can be as high as 440 volts.

This mains filter is vulnerable to the penetration of liquid substances, it is thus important for operators to ensure the filter is installed in a control cabinet that offers it protection according to the IP56 protection class. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
