Product Description:
The Bosch Rexroth NFD03.1-480-075 is a sophisticated mains filter designed by Rexroth Indramat and intended for use with converters. The variant of this product is 1, and it features an alternating current nominal operating voltage rated at 480 Volts. Its rated continuous current is 75 A, while its power dissipation rating is 30.4 W. The NFD03.1-480-075 weighs 3.5 kg and has a width of 90 mm, a 240 mm height, and a 145 mm depth.
The NFD03.1-480-075 is compatible with HCS02.1E-W0012, HCS02.1E-W0028, HCS02.1E-W0054, and HCS02.1E-W0070. It can be adjusted to suit the current rating, the number of drives, and the motor cable lengths of these converters. If it is operated on mains grounded via outer conductors, an isolating transformer must be installed between the mains and the mains filter. The value of its nominal frequency has limits between 50 and 60 Hz. When used in a drive system with shielded motor cables from Rexroth, the result is a hitch-free operation that meets the requirements of EN 61800-3, Category 3, and Second environment.
The NFD03.1-480-075 makes it possible for industry-standard EMC limits to be adhered to while a drive system is in use by enhancing radio interference immunity and reducing electromagnetic noise. It also manages the current leakage that is generated by cable capacitors of three-phase drive controllers. These drive controllers have a nominal voltage rating of up to 480 V and 1 to 6 axes. The NFD03.1-480-075 covers single-axis motors with 75 m long cables and multi-axis motors with 120 m long cables. It should only be operated at an ambient temperature specified by the manufacturer. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
