Product Description:
The NFD02.2-480-016 mains filter produced by Bosch Rexroth has an operating frequency between 0Hz and 50Hz at 45°C. The product has a nominal voltage ranging from 115VAC to 480VAC. The inductors present in the device permit low frequency or DC currents to pass through while simultaneously blocking unwanted harmful high-frequency currents. The unit lessens the amplitude of any frequency signal that is more than the filter cut-off frequency. It may get damaged if it is not earthed properly. The filter can function without any fault if it is used with shielded cables from the manufacturer. The device renders assurance of the compliance of EMC limits.
The filter is primarily used with the HCS product group of converters. The earthing connection of the product should always be as short as possible. The mating surface of the device should not have paint on it. The unit lowers the interference that appears in electronically controlled motors. It also dampens the interferences present in the cables connected from the mains.
