Product Description:
The NFD01.1-500-110 is a mains filter specially designed by Rexroth Indrmat to improve the efficiency and productivity of industrial servo drive controllers and power supply systems. This mains filter is a protective device, it helps to ensure that the EMC values in the industrial servo system are according to the international quality standard. The housing of the NFD01.1-500-110 mains choke is designed to resist the penetration of solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters, this housing unit is also specially structured to allow for the easy installation of the filter into an external cabinet. This choke is a very flexible device that can be configured to meet the operation requirements of a broad range of industrial production systems such as paper converting systems, food processing systems, assembly systems, and lots more.
The NFD01.1-500-110 is designed with materials that are silicon asbestos-free, thus it is extremely safe for industrial application, however, operators should ensure it is operated according to the instructions in the filter’s documentation, failure to follow these instructions can cause the converter to breakdown unexpectedly.
The NFD01.1-500-110 mains filter requires a rated continuous current of about 180 amperes, for optimum operation, at this current the converter generates a continuous current of about 35 watts. The NFD01.1-500-110 is also about 240 millimeters high, 100 millimeters wide, and about 160 millimeters thick. It also has a total weight of small weight of about 4.7 kilograms thus the movement of the filter around the industrial servo system is fairly easy. The mains filter connects to the mains through a three-phase electrical interference through which it receives a continuous mains voltage of about 400 volts.
