The Bosch Rexroth MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW is an efficient PLC module in a ISA-bus plug in card form factor. The MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW is designed for installation inside a BTV 30 / BTV 20 industrial computer. A BT bus interface is available on every MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW which can be used for operation of a maximum of 4 operator terminals. The BT bus terminal can support a maximum cable length of 50 meters between the last user and the INTERBUS connection. Every MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW module features I/Os: these include 16 TTL outputs and 16 TTL inputs. These I/Os can be used for connection of machine function keys and BTV 20 key switches. Approximate shipping weight of the module is 0.3 kilograms and its dimensions are 22 x 145 x 295 millimeters. For optimal operation the relative non-condensing relative humidity should be kept below 75%.
For storage of the MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW the non-condensing relative humidity should be kept below 95%. The permissible operating temperature range for the PLC module is from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius as per DIN 40 040 Class KV. The permissible storage / transport temperature range for the PLC module is from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. The MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW supports multiple operating voltages including +5 Volts / + 12 Volts / -12 Volts. Maximum rated power consumption of the PLC module is 1.8 Amps. In addition to the BTS bus interface, the MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW also supports a general serial interface which supports multiple serial communication protocols including RS 232, RS 422 and RS 485. The physical interface for the serial port is a female 15-pin D-SUB connector. Communication between the PLC module and the PC occurs over the ISA bus.
