The MTC-R01.1-E1-NN-FW is a very powerful computer numeric controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to provide a compact and effective means of industrial drive control in the industrial servo system. This controller is highly cost-effective and thus perfect for industrial processing and manufacturing machines, it can simultaneously control the operation of 8 drive controllers. The controller can be configured with additional modules that contains an additional axis processor and thus allows the numeric controller to support the operation of 8 more drive controllers. The communication between the numeric controller is done through a Serial Real Time Communication Interface which uses a fiber optic cable to transmit data information between the numeric controller and the industrial drive. The MTC-R01.1-E1-NN-FW numeric controller can be applied with printing machines paper converting machines, handling systems and lots more.

The MTC-R01.1-E1-NN-FW industrial controller is also designed with an in-built battery which provides the internal processor with the electrical current it requires to store machine parameters, machine data, tool data, zero offsets and all other important information even when the numeric controller has been disconnected from the power supply unit. Operators should however note that the controller might lose these data if it is stored for more than six months without application.

The MTC-R01.1-E1-NN-FW numeric controller weighs about 1 kilogram, it is 83.7 millimeters wide, 195 millimeters long and 152 millimeters thick. During operation, the MTC-R01.1-E1-NN-FW controller can draw a maximum current of about 1.5 amperes from the mains. This numeric controller is also designed with an heatsink which helps in the temperature regulation process, the heatsink can help the controller get rid of up to 14.3 watts of heat during operation. To prevent industrial accidents, operators should ensure a minimum distance of at least 300 millimeters is kept between the numeric controller and any flammable device.
