Product Description:

The MSS102B-1600-FA-N0CN-NNNN stator by Bosch Rexroth has no encoder and features a Cable lead-out electrical connection. The axial cable lead-outs (CN) provide multiple advantages as electrical connectors due to their design and functional characteristics. The axial routing of cables instead of radial positioning minimizes mechanical stress on leads, thus benefiting high-performance applications with limited space. The lifespan of the motor becomes longer and its durability improves because the axial cable lead-out design protects electrical cables from damage caused by bending loops and movement.

Another factor of this motor is its insulation system, which is referred to as Thermal Class 155. This means that the insulation can work under high operating temperatures, which are up to 155 degrees Celsius. In the motor stator, overheating poses a threat, specifically to the internal windings, and hence should be well protected. The 155 thermal class shows the amount of heat that the motor can endure without degrading or overheating. An insulation class of 155 provides safety and guarantees that the motor can work for a long period at high temperatures. This minimizes the chances of failures and makes the motor very durable.

Its advanced features include the cooling mode designated as F or Liquid Cooling. One of the advanced features is its ability to cool the motor through the liquid coolant. This is because liquid cooling is a more effective cooling method since it dissipates heat at a faster and uniform rate. This cooling mode is useful in cases where the motor is constantly operating or when the load is very high. This makes it ideal for use in industries that require strong and durable motors for usage without the need for frequent replacement.
