Product Description

Indramat Rexroth MSM motor the MSM019B-0300-NN-M5-ML1 comes with an integrated master communication module that functions perfectly with devices connected to multiple-axis systems. The motor can be used as an intelligent individual ax on a standard field bus and is installed in handling systems, mounting systems, printing machines, and packaging machines. The servo motor and its additional components are designed for closed/control cabinet mounting with surrounding temperatures ranging from 0°C to 40 °C. The motor is supplied with an internal resistor that is, however, not used as it derates the continuous power supply of the DC bus. An external braking resistor or a choke is used to increase the allowed continuous DC bus power. The servo motor has a lower power range of 100 to 750 W and should be connected to the mains supply with voltage not exceeding 240V.

An RS232 cable connects the MSM019B-0300-NN-M5-ML1 motor to a PC. The RS232 connection cable is purchased as an accessory for the drive and is sold separately. The spindle motor can be operated by a three-phase current network with grounded external conductors or without isolation with a star point. The servo motor is protected from an overvoltage by connecting it to a transformer or via an overvoltage suppressor. The use of a transformer is, however, recommended as the best option as it offers the best protection against overvoltage as well as operating safety.

When cooling units are used in the control cabinet, position the cooling units in such a way that condensed water does not drip onto the electronic equipment in the control cabinet or the blower does not spray the vapor onto the equipment. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
