The MSK101E-0450-NN-M1-BP3-NNNN model is mainly designed to be used as a rotary or main servo drive motor in several motion control systems. The motor is developed by Bosch Rexroth and is a part of the IndraDyn A series. The winding code of the motor is 0450 which generates the winding inductance of 1.080 mH to produce the maximum torque of 231 Nm by consuming the maximum current of 262.4 A. The MSK101 synchronous motor is engineered to rotate at the maximum speed of 6000 rpm. Under normal working conditions, the model uses ambient air for cooling purposes and during extreme operating conditions, an axial/radial blower unit is installed with the MSK motor for surface cooling. The optical encoder is used in this motor to control the position and speed of the synchronous motor. The accuracy of the multiturn Hiperface optical encoder is ±80 angular minutes. To provide protection against harsh weather effects and chalking, a black 2K epoxy resin coating is applied to the motor housing. To carry out a form-fitting transmission of torques, an output shaft with a key is placed in this model.
