The MSK101E-0300-NN-M1-RG3-NNNN is a synchronous motor designed for automation of the assembly lines in the industry. This model has been designed for controlling the speed and position in industrial assembly lines with high precision and accuracy. This model is suitable for a variety of industrial applications and can be used with metal machining equipment, woodworking systems, paper manufacturing machines, metal forming machines, and food processing systems. This motor is able to sustain exposure to moisture and humidity because of an overpressure sealing kit. The sealing kit is used to maintain a required amount of overpressure inside the motor that offers resistance to the penetrating fluids. As a result, the motor can be used in extremely humid conditions. This enables the installation of this motor in areas that are very humid.

The MSK101E-0300-NN-M1-RG3-NNNN is designed to operate at a maximum speed of 4600 rpm. This model has been designed for producing very high torque in areas where heavy duty motors cannot be installed. Due to the use of electronic commutation, this model is able to maintain a high torque output. The use of electronic commutation ensures that the motor’s peak torque is available for a wide range of motor speeds. The motor has a continuous torque of 70 Nm when used at a motor overtemperature of 60K. This model can also be operated at a motor overtemperature of 100K. The motor can be operated at a high temperature and can deliver optimum performance when used at an ambient temperature of 40K. The motor is also provided with an inbuilt encoder.
