Product Description

The MSK101C-0450-FN-M1-BG2-NNNN synchronous servomotor comprises a 70Nm holding brake. This Bosch Rexroth servomotor depicts derated performance if the ideal operating conditions are exceeded. The product has a multiturn absolute optical encoder fitting. This device storage and transportation must be done only in the horizontal orientation. The unit handling has to be done taking care to avoid damage to its shaft and flange. It must be lifted using cranes with loop lifting straps. This motor needs to be isolated from the power supply and protected against restart before commencing work on it. The product installation, maintenance, and operation can be done only by trained or specialist personnel.

This device is attached to the associated machine using screws and washers that adhere to DIN EN ISO specifications. The unit incorporates bolted connections for flange mounting. Its holding brake offers no assurance of personnel safety. The motor mounting can be done only if its holding brake has the specified holding torque. This product connection with the machine must be established considering the tightening torques. The device connection is to be done with the manufacturer’s readymade cables as far as possible. This unit poses a risk of short circuit due to its liquid coolant if it is used inappropriately.

The motor incorporates threaded connectors for its power and encoder connections. This product features the output direction of its connected power cables towards its B side. The device uses an M58 fixed flange socket for its power connection. This unit installation is possible at a maximum elevation of 3000m over sea level. Its cables must not be pulled in order to remove the plug connections. The motor supports the 3K4 climatic category for its permanent use.
