Product Description

The MSK101C-0300-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN synchronous servomotor provided by Bosch Rexroth has a 128 signal period featuring a Hiperface encoder. This servomotor comprises an electrically releasing holding brake. The product has the 155 thermal class in compliance with EN 60034-1 specifications. This device installation and/or operation must not be done in the damaged or defective state. The unit may need the incorporation of additional actuators and sensors to control plus monitor it. Its encoder allows indirect and absolute position recording within one mechanical rotation. This motor must comply with the general safety instructions. The product operation is permitted only if the application is in conformance with the national EMC regulations.

This device is intended for operation in an industrial environment. The unit realizes heat dissipation by heat conduction to the machine. It is to be made sure that there is sufficient radiation at the installation site. The motor placement must be done such that there is a distance of at least 100mm from adjacent components on its side so that there is unhindered vertical convection. This product features high protection against irreversible damage due to thermal overload because of the temperature sensor. The device has absolute air humidity ranging between 1g/m3 and 29g/m3. Its temperature sensor triggers a warning when the surface temperature reaches 140°C.

This motor features a 24V rated voltage for its holding brake integrated with it. The product allows the fitting of tensioning elements on its shaft for coupling the machining elements. This device must comprise sufficient cleanliness and lubrication at the sealing point to avoid wear and tear of its sealing ring. The unit installation in a vertical position can be done with the shaft pointing either downward or upward. Its holding brake gets released when the switching voltage is applied. This motor emanates a running noise when the bearings are damaged or there are foreign patterns inside it. The servomotor worldwide delivery is accompanied by backup support for one year.
