The MSK101C-0300-NN-M2-BG2-RNNN synchronous servomotor must be operated with only the manufacturer’s drive controller. This Bosch Rexroth servomotor installation, operation and maintenance must be undertaken only by specialist personnel. The product is fitted to the machine using screws and washers that adhere to DIN EN ISO specifications. This device mounting is to take place only after ensuring that the system dimensions and tolerances are suitable for its mounting. The unit should have a proper mechanical assembly before its electrical connection is done. It is recommended to use the readymade connection cables supplied by the manufacturer to implement the electrical connection. The motor uses threaded connectors for its power and encoder connection.

This product needs to be commissioned before its use. The device is meant to be used only with components in good and proper working condition. This unit shutdown can be done only after using machine-side commands to bring the related drive controller to standstill mode. Its bearings have a service life of 30,000 operating hours as per ISO 281 specifications. The motor connection cables need a check at regular intervals for damage and a replacement must be done if needed. This product takes up to about 140 minutes to cool down after it has been shut down.
