Product Description

The MSK100D-0350-NN-M1-BP2-NNNN is a sophisticated industrial synchronous motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate in combination with a compatible drive controller and provide industrial machines with kinetic energy in real-time. This industrial motor is produced in an industrial environment that is environmentally friendly and meets international standards. The housing of this industrial motor contains a high metal content and provides the motor with protection according to the IP65 protection class; this high protection class allows the motor to maintain a high degree of operational efficiency even when it is being used in harsh industrial environments such as mining areas and potentially explosive regions. The motor housing is also covered with a special black coating that prevents direct contact between the motor and corrosive liquid substances such as dilute acid, dilute alkali, hydraulic oil, sewage and seawater. The motor coating prevents the rapid deterioration that can potentially be caused by these liquid chemical substances.

The MSK100D-0350-NN-M1-BP2-NNNN industrial synchronous motor contains a multi-turn internal encoder which converts the physical operation of the motor into digital signals that the drive controller can use to control the operation of the motor in real-time according to pre-determined configuration parameters. The connection between this industrial motor and the drive controller occurs through two major electrical cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. The power cable supplies the motor with electrical energy, while the motor feedback cable is used in the exchange of digital signals between the encoder of the motor and the drive controller.

The maximum permissible ambient temperature suitable for the operation of the MSK100D-0350-NN-M1-BP2-NNNN industrial motor falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; however, if the motor is in immediate operation, then it can be stored in a temperature as high as 80 degrees Celsius.
