Product Description

The MSK100B-0450-NN-M2-AG1-RNNN is a Bosch Rexroth synchronous servo motor. It has a maximum rated electrical speed of 4500 RPM. The continuous output torque at standstill for 60K overtemperature is 28 Nm. The continuous output current at standstill for 60K overtemperature is 28.5 Amps. The continuous output torque at standstill for 100K overtemperature is 33 Nm. The continuous output current at standstill for 100K overtemperature is 33.6 Amps. By installing a cooling fan, operators can use the motor with surface cooling. The continuous output torque at standstill with surface cooling is 42 Nm. The continuous output current at standstill with surface cooling is 42.8 Amps. The maximum output torque and current ratings are 102 Nm and 110.7 Amps. An optical multiturn encoder enables servo feedback. The encoder has an EnDat 2.1 interface.

The motor works in combination with a servo controller. The controller provides motor power through a dedicated power cable. This cable connects to a power socket on side A of the motor housing. Operators can order MSK motors with either a plain shaft or a shaft with keyway. The main shaft on the MSK100B-0450-NN-M2-AG1-RNNN motor is plain and includes a seal. This seal protects motor bearings. The seal undergoes wear and tear during operation and requires periodic replacement. A 32 Nm electrically releasing holding brake is available on the motor.
