Product Description

The MSK100B-0400-NN-S2-AG1-RNNN synchronous servomotor provided by Bosch Rexroth may require regular maintenance of its shaft seal when it operates under unfavorable environmental conditions. This motor features axial and radial forces on its bearings and shaft respectively during operation. The product installation is possible in any orientation. This device features premature failure of its bearing due to reduced grease, mechanical damage or increased wear. The unit has to be free of liquids like gearbox oil at the shaft. Its permissible radial force is based on the bearing service life, force action point and arithmetically averaged speed. The motor type must match the design of the machine with the motor installation.

This product portrays an axis position shift when there is no axial fitting of the drive pinions on the machine side. The device comes fitted with a fixed bearing on the B side. This unit has increased concentricity quality. Its holding brake cannot be used as a service brake. The motor frame size is proportional to its power rating. This product utilizes a smooth shaft with a front centering hole featuring DS thread as per DIN 332, Part 2 specifications. The device needs unhindered vertical convection to be ensured by maintaining a distance of at least 100mm from adjacent components on its sides.

The motor commissioning is allowed only after checking its holding brake for proper working. This unit maintenance and commissioning are meant to be carried out only in a ventilated room free of any explosive dust or gas. It portrays absolute air humidity varying between 1g/m3 and 29g/m3.  The motor temperature monitoring sensor shuts down the motor automatically when its temperature is 150°C. This product transportation is intended to be done between -20°C and 80°C. The device features pins type contact for the flanged sockets with fixed connectors. This motor shipping is done worldwide with backup support for a year.
