Product Description

The MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN synchronous servomotor provided by Bosch Rexroth must have the power and encoder connectors correctly placed on the thread of the terminal box. This servomotor is to be checked for firmly locked or tightened connectors before its operation. The product components, threads, and mounting surfaces have to be checked for cleanliness before the mounting. The device handling is to be done using lifting sling belts, chain suspensions, and eyebolts. The unit has to be worked on using VDE tools by qualified personnel. Its connectors have cap nuts that should be tightened up to the stop limit by hand.

Motor transportation requires the usage of suitable shock absorbers if there is a possibility of heavy vibrations. Damage to the product is possible if there is an impact on its shaft. The device operation should not result in the allowed limits of the radial and axial forces getting exceeded. The unit type plate features its type designation and several technical details like temperature class, voltage class, torque constant at 20°C, maximum speed, protection class of its housing, and more. Its bolted connections must be able to absorb the forces during operation. This servomotor features backup support valid for one year.

The product storage is supposed to be done at a temperature ranging from -20°C to 60°C. The device transportation and storage must not be done without the protective cover as well as sleeves. The unit features relative air humidity between 5% and 95% during the operation period. Its voltage rise should not exceed the manufacturer stated limit.
