Product Description

The MSK100B-0200-NN-M2-RG1-RNNN synchronous servomotor offered by Bosch Rexroth must always be kept in its original state. This motor is not intended to be made to function when it is damaged or in a defective state. The product has a plain output shaft. The device operation should not be done when there is extreme temperature fluctuation. The unit installation has to be performed only in industrial or commercial machinery. Its temperature sensor issues a warning when the motor housing temperature reaches 140°C. The motor can take up to 140 minutes to cool down completely after use. The product encompasses an inlet and an outlet for flushing action.

The product has a thermal class of 155 in accordance with EN 60034-1 specification. The device must have locked or securely tightened connectors during the system operation. The unit housing must be free of aggressive materials and coolants like sat mists, cutting oils and lubricants. Its holding brake does not offer assurance of personnel safety. The motor is equipped with a radial shaft sealing ring that is designed with respect to DIN 3760 – Version A specifications. The product has IP 65 protection rating on the flange side. This device features a multiturn absolute EnDat 2.1 encoder.

This device uses materials that are highly resistant to chemicals and oils for its shaft sealing ring. The unit has 80N maximum permissible radial force. Its shaft offers a backlash-free and force-fit shaft hub connection. The motor experiences a temperature change rate of 0.5°C/min. The bearing of the product may fail prematurely due to increased wear, reduction of grease lifetime or mechanical damage. The device should not have liquid accumulation around the drive shaft. The fixed bearing of the unit on the B side tends to get damaged if the maximum permissible axial force is exceeded.
