The magnets have been designed for generating a large volume of magnetic flux that is needed for maintaining a high amount of torque when the motor speeds are rapidly changing. Another prominent feature of this model is that it can be used in extremely humid climates where there is a risk of motor damage due to long term exposure to moisture and humidity. An internal sealing kit is installed inside the motor that acts as a barrier between the motor and penetrating fluids.

The sealing kit works by creating pressure inside the motor that seals off the penetrating moisture or fluids. The MSK100B-0200-NN-M2-BP1-RNNN can also be used in hot climates where the ambient temperatures are as high as 40 °C. The best performance is obtained when the motor is used between ambient air temperatures of 0 °C and 40 °C. This model has been manufactured for controlling the position and speed in real time with the help of drive control features and an encoder that improves the speed control. This motor is considered suitable for use with machine tools, automation equipment, woodworking machines, paper manufacturing systems, paper printing equipment, and foodstuff machines.
