Product Description

The MSK075E-0450-FN-M2-UG2-RNNN is a feature-rich servo motor from Bosch Rexroth. It is part of the MSK product line. MSK motors can deliver maximum torque of up to 495 Nm and maximum speeds of up to 9000 RPM. The motors support encoder systems for a wide range of applications. MSK motors belong to IP65 protection category, which allows use under a wide range of operating conditions. Three different cooling methods are available, including convection cooling, liquid cooling and surface cooling. The MSK075E-0450-FN-M2-UG2-RNNN motor cools via liquid cooling. A coolant, typically water or a water-glycol mixture, circulates through the motor to dissipate the heat generated by the winding and other components. The coolant is circulated through the motor using a pump, which is typically located near the motor. The coolant then flows through channels or passages within the motor, absorbing heat from the winding and other components.

The heated coolant then flows out of the motor and into a heat exchanger, where the heat is transferred to the air or another fluid before the cooled coolant is circulated back into the motor. The MSK075E-0450-FN-M2-UG2-RNNN motor is also equipped with a 30 Nm holding brake that works according to the principle of electrical release. Holding brakes on servo motors provide several. Holding brakes can help improve the accuracy of the motor by preventing it from drifting or moving when it is not supposed to. Holding brakes can help increase safety by preventing the motor from moving unexpectedly or uncontrollably. Holding brakes provide greater control over the movement of the motor, allowing for precise and accurate positioning. Holding brakes can help reduce wear and tear on the motor and other mechanical components, as they prevent unnecessary movement. The MSK075E-0450-FN-M2-UG2-RNNN has a plain shaft and a 240-degree rotatable power connector.
