Bosch Rexroth has set the bar for engineering excellence with the kinds of top-notch products in its portfolio. One of these is the MSK synchronous servo motor used in metal forming machines, machine tools, robotics, and packaging and food processing machines.

The MSK075E-0200-NN-M2-UP1-RNNN is a Bosch Rexroth MSK servo motor with four pole pairs and a shaft with keyway per DIN 6885-1. As a result, form-fitting torque transmission with constant direction is guaranteed. It also has a shaft sealing ring designed according to DIN 3760 – design A to protect it from fluid penetration through the shaft. The integrated encoder system in this model is a multiturn encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface. It has high-level precision and records the motor’s absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical rotations. In addition, its system accuracy is ±20 angular seconds, and it has a data memory where the motor type name, the control loop parameters and the motor parameters are filed.

Natural convection is the designated cooling method for the elimination of heat from the MSK075E-0200-NN-M2-UP1-RNNN. It works by transferring the heat generated to the ambient air and the machine construction.
