The MSK075C-0454-NN-S1-UG1-NNNN is a servo motor in the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is coated with a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water, which is resistant to dilute acids, current mineral oils, and water. This coat also displays limited resistance to organic solvents and hydraulic oils. The motor’s integrated encoder is one with the single-turn configuration and the Hiperface interface. It has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and uses the optical measurement method to ensure high-level precision. Thanks to its data memory, the servo motor boots up faster and adjusts to the drive controller with minimal risks of damage.

Two temperature monitoring systems prevent irreversible damage due to thermal overload in the MSK075C-0454-NN-S1-UG1-NNNN: the temperature model and the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is the KTY84 type, built into its stator windings to trigger protective actions at specified threshold temperatures. This MSK motor’s output shaft is the plain type, and it provides a backlash-free, non-positive shaft-hub connection.
