The MSK071C-0300-NN-M1-UG1-NNNN synchronous servomotor portrays a standard design. The Bosch Rexroth motor uses a temperature sensor to monitor its temperature during operation. The product stores the threshold values of the motor warning and motor shutdown temperatures in its encoder data memory. The device is integrated with an isolation system with a high dielectric load. The unit is meant to be transported between -20°C and 80°C. It comes fitted with protection sleeves and covers on the shaft and bearings. These protection-related accessories must be removed only just before the motor is assembled. The product is to be visually inspected for damage-free parts if it is being put to use after a sufficiently large storage period.

The motor must never be subject to repeated high voltage inspection tests. These tests can damage the motor components if they are carried out improperly. The product has 5% low relative air humidity. The device depicts a maximum permitted radial shock load of 300m/s2 for 11ms. The unit should not have any fluid around its output shaft. Its housing must not feature an additional varnish coating so that its surface characteristics are not negatively influenced in hazardous areas. The motor has a plain shaft with very quiet running.

The product has a shaft seal greased for life under normal ambient conditions. The device may trigger explosion hazards due to incorrect use. The friction surface of the unit is supposed to be free of lubricants. Its holding brake does not offer assurance of personal protection. The motor has reduced heat dissipation if its surface is contaminated. This product should be free of salt mist as well as icing on its surface during operation, transport and storage. The device requires protection against direct insolation or light during operation, storage and transport. This motor comes with a warranty tag for one year and can be shipped worldwide.
