Product Description

The MSK071C-0200-NN-M1-UP1-NNNN synchronous servomotor is cooled by natural convection. The lifting action of the Bosch Rexroth product must be carried out using suitable lifting equipment such as sling belts, chain suspensions and eye bolts. The device is intended to be handled using personal protective clothing. The unit has to be stored as well as transported only in the horizontal orientation. It should not be subject to impact on the flange and shaft end. The motor is attached to its associated machine using screws and washers. The product features bolted connections for mounting the flange. These connections should have the ability to withstand the weight of the motor and the forces during operation.

This motor should not encounter jamming or clamping of the centering collar during the mounting. The device should utilize only readymade cables from its manufacturer for electrical connection as far as possible. The unit makes use of a terminal box for connection purposes. It is to be checked whether the holding brake is to achieve specified holding torque before the motor is mounted. The flange socket of the synchronous motor is not to be turned using tools like pliers and screwdrivers. The output direction of this flange socket can be changed only a maximum of five times.

The motor shut down action has to be performed only after the main switch of the machine has been switched OFF.
