They are available in various sizes and have a wide power spectrum. The MSK motors are used as rotary main and servo drive motors in applications such as machine tools, robotics, metal-forming machines, packaging and food-processing machines, and printing and paper-processing machines.

The MSK070E-0450-NN-M2-UP0-RNNN is an MSK servo motor model designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a self-cooling servo motor that utilizes natural convection for heat dissipation. The motor encoder in this model is a multiturn absolute encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface. This encoder provides the necessary signals to the drive controller to control the motor’s speed and detect its position. Thanks to its optical measuring principle, it can perform this function with a high level of precision and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds.
