Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MSK070E-0300-NN-S2-UP1-RNNN synchronous servomotor portrays increased concentricity and runout according to DIN 42955 specifications. The motor incorporates a 23Nm holding brake that works on the electrically releasing principle. The product should be cooled down for at least 140 minutes before maintenance and repair work is carried out on it. The device functionality tends to get affected due to excessive dust, chips or dirt on the surface of this motor. The unit is meant to be inspected regularly for damaged connection cables and such cables have to be replaced immediately. It is likely to feature vibrations if its coupling elements are poorly balanced.

This motor is primarily made of materials such as brass, copper, aluminum, steel and other magnetic materials. The three-phase product can operate at a maximum temperature of 55°C. The device depicts a keyway shaft that is designed as per DIN 6886-1 specifications. The shaft encompasses a radial sealing ring that is made of materials with high resistance to chemicals and oils. The servomotor has a mechanical lifespan of 30,000 operating hours for its bearings when the load limits are not exceeded and it is operated under specified conditions. The product supports the connection of gearboxes with an oil-proof or closed lubrication system.

The device may have an unacceptably high load on the bearing and shaft because of a radial force when extremely rigid couplings are mounted. The unit houses a fixed bearing on its B side that may get damaged due to exceeding the permissible axial force. It fails to run if the brake is not released or the connected controller is faulty. The motor is intended to be secured against falling before its mechanical connections are disconnected. The product has a KTY84 temperature sensor integrated into its stator. The servomotor is available with a year’s Wake Industrial warranty and can be dispatched worldwide.
