Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MSK070E-0300-NN-M2-UP1-RNNN is a MSK series industrial synchronous motor. It supports several features including a multiturn encoder, holding brake, rotatable connectors, and shaft with keyway. The encoder is a multiturn encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface that is rated for 2048 signal periods. The distinguishable revolutions for the encoder are 4096. The encoder accuracy is ±20 angular seconds. The maximum encoder speed is 12,000 RPM. The maximum current consumption of the encoder is 50 milliamps and the supply voltage range is 7 to 12 Volts DC. The main shaft includes a keyway as per DIN 6885-1 and a sealing ring. The motor features a holding brake rated for 23 Nm holding torque. The brake operates at 24 Volts DC and draws 0.79 Amps current. The brake peak connection time is 35 milliseconds and the peak disconnection time is 180 milliseconds.

The motor housing is designed for increased concentricity and run out as per DIN 42955. The motor cools via natural convection. The working temperature range is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The output derates between 45 and 55 degrees Celsius. The recommended installation altitude is 0 to 1000 meters. The motor output derates between 1000 and 3000 meters altitude. The lower limit for relative air humidity is 5%, and the upper limit for relative air humidity is 95%. The maximum permitted temperature change rated is 0.5 degrees Celsius per minute. The MSK070E-0300-NN-M2-UP1-RNNN motor gets power from a drive controller. The power cable connects to a power socket on the motor housing. The motor sends feedback to the drive controller.
