These maintenance-free synchronous servo motors are ideal for various applications such as machine tools, printing and paper-processing machines, and metal forming machines.

The MSK070D-0300-NN-S1-AG0-NNAN is a model of the Bosch Rexroth MSK servo motor series. This motor has a housing design that makes it suitable for cooling by natural convection. In the cooling method, the heat generated by the motor is eliminated by convection to the ambient air or by conduction to the motor conduction. It has a frame size of 070 and a frame length of D. The motor also has a maximum speed of 4,900 revolutions per minute and a maximum torque of 52.5Nm. It is equipped with a single-turn encoder that has an Hiperface interface and records the absolute, indirect position recording within one mechanical motor rotation. This encoder uses the optical measuring principle and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds.

A temperature sensor of the KTY84 type is built into the stator of the MSK070D-0300-NN-S1-AG0-NNAN. It monitors the temperature of the motor and protects it against possible permanent damage due to thermal overload. The motor features a plain shaft with a radial shaft sealing ring, designed according to DIN 3760 – design A. This shaft sealing ring is highly resistant to potentially damaging oils and chemicals. The plain shaft also ensures a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero-backlash, and hence its quiet running. According to EN 60529, the Ingress Protection rating of the motor is IP 65.
